Aakanksha Singh

Founder & Creative Director

A proud third generation defence kid, Aakanksha was born in Nainital but spent most of her life travelling across the country across different IAF bases. She has internalised and learnt all she knows about Indian art through close proximity with artist communities across two decades.

She has worked with small and medium business technology startups and with private equity in the luxury and lifestyle spaces. A fellow at Digital Desh, she co-authored five reports with the team that delved into the digital behaviours of small and medium businesses in India. Infact, the idea for Bridge Bharat was born from one of the drives that she led in Himachal Pradesh in 2019. With a strong inclination towards art, luxury and impact, the idea for Bridge Bharat combined all her passions and was, in a way, almost serendipitous!

She feeds on case studies and grows on analysis. Her goal in life is to act in her autobiography and be remembered for her significant contributions in the field of Entrepreneurship.

Her role involves fostering relationships with talented artists and conducting in-depth research on various art forms. Her future goal is to continue promoting and preserving these invaluable art forms while expanding their reach globally and advocating for the talented artists who create them.

    Ayushi Chaurasia is the Creative Director at Bridge Bharat, where she leads efforts in ideation, research, and curation to advance community engagement. Her work is centred on making art more accessible through simplified communication and dialogue. In addition to her role at Bridge Bharat, Ayushi is a visiting faculty member at Ashoka University. With a professional background as an artist, archivist, and podcaster, Ayushi brings a multidisciplinary perspective to her work. Her interests in abandoned houses, fungi, and visual narrative techniques continue to inform her approach and contributions.
