  • The painting is in its original condition with the original packaging.

  • Provide clear photographs of the damaged painting, the packaging, and any other relevant details to support your claim.

3.Refund Process:

Once we have assessed your request and found it eligible for a refund, we will proceed with the following steps:

  • We will provide you with instructions on how to return the damaged painting, or we may arrange for its collection.
  • Once we receive the returned painting, our team will inspect it to confirm the damage or discrepancy.
  • After the inspection, we will initiate the refund process.
  1. Refund Options:

We offer the following refund options:

  • Full Refund: If the painting is found to be damaged or significantly different from the description, we will issue a full refund, including the cost of shipping.
  • Replacement: In some cases, you may opt for a replacement painting instead of a refund. We will provide a new painting that matches your original order.
