With this, we unveil our new logo- a burning testament to our evolution and growth. Celebrating the powerhouse of energy, the creator, who draws inspiration from the cosmos and nature, our logo embodies the artist’s intuitive and powerful being, connecting us to a legacy of timeless artistry

Before we move forward here is a snippet from our upcoming catalog, Remnants, in which each piece is a testament to the resilience of our culture and the beauty of our past, echoing the rugged textures of fort walls and the intricate carvings of ancient temples.

Artist’s Table

I find artist studios fascinating spaces. They are not organized spaces or at least not in the manner that Ikea demonstrates to us. It is a magical structure with the artist as the grand wizard. They are aware of each facet of it- from the chipped wall paint to the cluttered brushes. However, there is a certain uniqueness to the studio spaces of Indigenous artists. Their space is not defined by four walls. They know how to make any space their artistic haven. Bhil artists like Lado Bai and Bhuri Bai elucidate thievery idea of mutability. From painting house walls to large Parisian murals- they are not confined to standard academic rules.

I would like to end this letter with an introduction. This time I’d like to introduce Namrata Dubey, our Head of Artist Management and Onboarding. Very few people can do what she does at Bridge Bharat- build relationships. My foundational understanding of Bridge Bharat was that we prioritize our artists- their lives, stories, and legacy. And within a few months, I understood that we managed to achieve that due to Namrata's unwavering kindness and ethics. The world is far too jaded and at times harsh, but sometimes one comes across a human being like Namrata who exudes optimism and helps us understand that legacy is built on the rocks of ethics, kindness, and understanding.
